    ووافقت بوليفيا على ما يلي: (أ) منح مقـدم الالتماس شهادة إعفاء مـن الخدمة العسكرية؛ (ب) إصدار شهادة الإعفاء مجاناً ودون اشتراط دفع الضريبة العسكرية أو عوضٍ آخر؛ (ج) إصدار قرار وزاري ينص على أنه في حالة نشوب نزاع مسلح لا يرسَل مقدم الالتماس إلى الجبهة ولا يستدعى لأداء وظيفة مساعدة بالنظر إلى مركزه كمستنكف ضميري؛ (د) إدراج الحق في الاستنكاف الضميري من الخدمة العسكرية في المشاريع الأولية لإصلاح التشريع العسكري؛ (ه‍) العمل مع وزارة العدل على تشجيع قبول الكونغرس تشريعاً عسكرياً يدمج الحق في الاستنكاف الضميري من الخدمة العسكرية.
